I brought my car in for diagnosis of an issue and it was determined that the issue was the transmission, and the entire transmission needed to be replaced, the cost ended up to be $6800, which I'm OK with. After I picked up the vehicle, it still exhibited the exact same behavior that I brought it in for. It seems to it was NOT test driven by the mechanic to see if the issue was resolved. The car is currently back in your care trying to diagnose the issue. Needless to say this has not been a great experience so far. Also no manager has been in contact me with to discuss this issue, only my customer experience agent Isiah.

I what not very happy with the service the day of my service when I took my car three times in one year with the same problem if they look for a reason to charge me money and they charge me $600 . The service for the problem and the engine it's about to cover in the warranty and then come up with a reason to challenge me anyway I was not very happy because I took my car three times in one year with the same problem and the third time they charge me $600 I don't understand because when I bought the car nobody's explain what is cover and what is not cover I'm very disappointed I will never buy a car at the Kelly Buick again very disappointed

We had a state inspection done, oil change and filters changed. When the filter in the cabin was changed, nothing was put under it when the old filter was removed. It was just pulled out. So, so all sort of debris fell into the fan. When the air conditioner or heat was turned on it made a loud sound and it caused everything to severely vibrate. My husband, after almost an hour, removed all the debris from around the fan area. Going forward, we will be changing the filter ourselves when necessary.

Having to wait 8 nore days for an appointment to install a malfunctioning computer screen on top of the week it took to be diagnosed, parts ordered & delivered....frustrating .. Parts came in today... service department can't install them until 7/29? $1100.00 i paid upfront.... And from my understanding this is the new normal for service related appointments now... My features are being changed on the fly while the truck is in use... and I jpray every single day, that I don't get into an accident due to all the clicking & changing of features while the truck is in use... god only knows what it's gonna change or turn off next... Ghost screen issues SHOULD BE A TSB! plenty of complaints nationwide on this issue.

had a free tire rotation and oil change from service manager they told me tires don't need rotating at this time also I brought a flyer from a previous oil change for a additive for your engine showed it to clerk and he said they no longer have that product and they don't offer anything similar to that anymore tires can be rotated no matter how much mileage you put on them between rotations so I understand pricing goes up but you no longer carry some products anymore

I was told I needed a part that truly never needed to be replaced… apparently just the battery of the sensor needed to be replaced. When asking the service writer why this sensor had to be replaced he tried to twist the issue into it being my fault. I never had an issue with the sensor until I was in for a rim replacement so in the end the issue was the tech who did the work most likely broke the part. I also had asked for my old rim that was being replaced to take with me since I paid for the replacement rim and was told I had to pay an additional fee. GM told me rims aren’t taken back so they could/should have given it to me. Again the service writer twisted the issue saying I never asked for it. Overall felt the service from the writer to the tech as well as the quality of service was poor and I was charged for things I shouldn’t have been charged for. After many years going here I will no longer continue and have advised many others to be aware and stay away.

The experience was satisfactory. It is consistent with what we have come to experience in today's market. They did not have the car we wanted on the lot and were able to find it at another dealership. Our sales rep, Ed, was nice and was able to answer most of our questions. We did suffer the common indignities of waiting a long time for the annoying "let me talk to the manager" car sales tactic of keeping us at their dealership for a much longer time than is necessary. The car pickup day was also typical of today's car dealerships. It literally took us an hour and a half from arriving at a scheduled date and timeframe to get to the point of finishing the paperwork so by the time we were able to get the instructions on how to use the extensive technology (which we love) we were just exhausted by the process that we wanted to get the heck out of there. Unfortunately, this process is not unique to this dealership. The ridiculous "fine print" that needed to be signed far exceeded what is reasonable. if all that paperwork is necessary, it would have been nice to send it to me in advance so I could have reviewed it ahead of time. it is not reasonable to review that much fine print and then sign a statement that "I agree that i reviewed this and acknowledge I understand it." I am aware of the fact that this is not unique to this dealership but it is annoying.

I called a week before to make my appointment because I needed work done that required parts and wanted to make sure they were in or could be ordered. I was told that Rich confirmed that the parts for my window as well as control arms for something else were in fact in stock. I dropped my car off the night before so that it was in for my 7:30am appointment. They called me around 2:30pm to tell me my car was done. They stated that the oil change and window repair were completed. I asked about the control arms replacement and they didn't know what I was talking about even though it was listed on my confirmation that it was to be done. When I came to pick up my car, I was told that the parts were not in, even though they confirmed with Rich the week before that they were in. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service dept. at this location. I have had extremely long waits for something that shouldn't take long. I've been on time for an appointment and then my car doesn't go back until 90 minutes later. I will be finding another GMC service station moving forward.

The sales personnel at Kelly were very professional, but friendly people who answered all our questions and were very honest in their opinions. Nothing was a problem for them. Sam , our salesman, worked hard to get us answers to our questions and to get us our best deal. Mike, Kelly’s sales manager, was honest & forthright with us and made it possible for us to get the automobile we wanted. Nick also helped us with some of the new features on our SUV.
