Number 1: fast, friendly service. Obviously as salespeople their job is customer service… but it didn’t feel that way. Either these guys are fantastic at their job or they’re genuinely great people. 2: clean showroom floor. I don’t think I’ve been in a cleaner dealership. 3: the overall vibe. Vibes are immaculate at Kelly Buick GMC. They have a wheel you can spin when you buy a car… staff will ask you multiple times if you need a drink or anything… and they’ll get you into something amazing faster than I’ve ever seen a dealership move.

had a free tire rotation and oil change from service manager they told me tires don't need rotating at this time also I brought a flyer from a previous oil change for a additive for your engine showed it to clerk and he said they no longer have that product and they don't offer anything similar to that anymore tires can be rotated no matter how much mileage you put on them between rotations so I understand pricing goes up but you no longer carry some products anymore

I called a week before to make my appointment because I needed work done that required parts and wanted to make sure they were in or could be ordered. I was told that Rich confirmed that the parts for my window as well as control arms for something else were in fact in stock. I dropped my car off the night before so that it was in for my 7:30am appointment. They called me around 2:30pm to tell me my car was done. They stated that the oil change and window repair were completed. I asked about the control arms replacement and they didn't know what I was talking about even though it was listed on my confirmation that it was to be done. When I came to pick up my car, I was told that the parts were not in, even though they confirmed with Rich the week before that they were in. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service dept. at this location. I have had extremely long waits for something that shouldn't take long. I've been on time for an appointment and then my car doesn't go back until 90 minutes later. I will be finding another GMC service station moving forward.

An oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take 2 hours. They didn’t take my truck back for 1 1/2 hours and then got it done in 15 minutes which is scary. No body even attempted to come out to me and explain they were behind. I don’t get a 25 point free checkup?

I was never greeted when I walked into the service area. I stood there for a couple minutes before someone decided to talk to me. I sent a question via text to the service guy and never got a response. They didn’t reset my oil life on my screen. I don’t know why it takes 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.

The experience was satisfactory. It is consistent with what we have come to experience in today's market. They did not have the car we wanted on the lot and were able to find it at another dealership. Our sales rep, Ed, was nice and was able to answer most of our questions. We did suffer the common indignities of waiting a long time for the annoying "let me talk to the manager" car sales tactic of keeping us at their dealership for a much longer time than is necessary. The car pickup day was also typical of today's car dealerships. It literally took us an hour and a half from arriving at a scheduled date and timeframe to get to the point of finishing the paperwork so by the time we were able to get the instructions on how to use the extensive technology (which we love) we were just exhausted by the process that we wanted to get the heck out of there. Unfortunately, this process is not unique to this dealership. The ridiculous "fine print" that needed to be signed far exceeded what is reasonable. if all that paperwork is necessary, it would have been nice to send it to me in advance so I could have reviewed it ahead of time. it is not reasonable to review that much fine print and then sign a statement that "I agree that i reviewed this and acknowledge I understand it." I am aware of the fact that this is not unique to this dealership but it is annoying.

My service appointment took over 3 hours. After being there for well over an hour, I looked out the window and my car was still sitting outside the service garage, where I parked it. So my 10:45 appointment was not honored. While the gentleman helping me tried to make it right by adjusting my invoice, this is not the first time I have waited for an extremely long time for service to be done.

I purchased a new 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir on March 26th, and on April 10th, I went to start it and the battery was dead. I scheduled for service on April 13th, where they discovered that the Communication Interface Module was defective. They disconnected it, but now there are a number of things that are not working: such as Onstar-and all of the safety features, phone pairing,Wi-Fi, GPS navigation, garage door opener, HUD is limited, and the Hands Free driving. I paid $3700.00 for the Super Cruise Package that doesn’t work, among other things. After an additional two weeks and being told that the part is still on back order I called Buick customer service, and explained the situation to a representative, and was assigned this case number-95300344.They also informed me that they would send this to their delayed parts dept. because it was over two weeks. Another week passed until they got back to me. At this time, he required more information, which I provided. They responded two days later, and informed me that there is nothing they can do about this problem. After being extremely disappointed in Buick, decided to call Kelly Buick to see if they could help expedite getting the part, so I could get my vehicle repaired. After making arrangements to speak to the General Manager, I explained the situation to him and he assured me that he would be able to come up with a solution. That was the last time I heard from him, which was a week ago. In summary, as of today, May 13th, I still have a $64,000.00 vehicle that still doesn’t have the features that I paid for, and I have no idea when this will be repaired. We have been a loyal GMC, Buick customer for years, but no more. We are extremely disappointed in GMC, and equally disappointed with Kelly Buick. Lou Sabo

Always a Great Experience. I came in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation. My vehicle was at the 50,000 mile range and needed some additional updates. My CS Rep was awesome. We discussed cost on all items that were needed. They even shared a Coupon" that they were aware of to help reduce my costs. From the ease of making my appointment and having my service completed just a great consumer experience. And, my truck was returned to me with a car wash at no charge !! Now that's SERVICE !!
